Weight gain diet


If you are a slim guy , your weight is underweight your arms are very slimmy you look very dull appeared and Very weak then this post is just for you

In this post I will tell you complete diet to gain weight so Basically you all know that our body need calories to work but if we eat enough calories we became fat our body gain weight so in this post I will tell you complete diet which is basically focusing on calories

I will soon post a diet for advanced bodybuilders this is very effective and less priced diet mainly for rular indians

So let's get started

At morning
 
Take 1 cup of oats (Dalia)
Take 3 boiled eggs
1 cup of milk
Tea or coffee

Snacks

Sweat patoto
100g dalia

At lunch

Take 3-5 rotis (chappati)
1cup curry,dal
1 cup curd
1 banana

Snacks

100 g dalia
100g veggies

Dinner

Take 100g of salad
1 cup white rice
1 cup curry
1 glass milk.
