Protein is very essential for our body especially for those who regularly goes to gym ,running and any other physical activity . So I will tell you how you can make protein smoothie at home

1. Take 400 ml of milk 
2. Add peanut butter into it you can add any peanut butter
3. Add 50 g oats into it
4. Add honey into it
5. Add 1 banana into it

Mix it

Your protein smoothie is ready it has not only protein but also all other nutrients in balanced amount .you can drink this smoothie as your pre workout meal but it gives best results if you take it after your workout
