You all know very well that there is some oil which is present in our face to protect our face from getting dry but when there is excessive oil it cause dark spots on our face which makes us dull this excessive oil comes from the food we eat if we eat fried or oily food we definitely get dark spots so to avoid this follow these tips given below

TIP NO 1
Avoiding oily food ÷ to get rid of dark spots avoid oily food eat a balanced diet which should be prepared at home avoid junk food

TIP NO 2
Multani mitti massage ÷ to get rid of dark spots apply multani mitti massage on your face four times a week to apply it you should have to take 2 spoons of multani mitti mix rose water in it now add some Chandan Powder in it and some water and mix it and apply it on your face let it dry for 20 to 30 now make sure you dont have to speak for 20 to 30 minutes after it dries wash your face

TIP NO 3
Green tea ÷ to get rid of dark spots boiled 200 ml water and add 2 green tea bags into it now wait for 10 minutes.now make small cotton balls and throw it it that water when cotton absorb it pick the cotton balls and store it in refrigerator now after you come home from outside wash your face and apply  1 ball on your face

TIP NO 4
ICE ÷You can also get benefit by applying ice on your face apply ice on your face only for 30 sec to 1 min because it hurt you skin
