To loss your belly fat and body fat you should have to wake up early and do cardio (HIIT) excercise for 1 hour to 2 hour for best result. because if we do as same as this at evening it will not give best results because at evening we have taken 3 heavy meals and had eaten many other things which have been settled in our body as fuel and when we excercise at evening that fuel burns and we get some results but if we do this at morning we will able to achieve our gaols two times faster because at morning we are at metabolism state our testosterone level is at peak which is essential for body building and we are with empty stomach and when we excercise our body makes its own fuel by burning our body fat that is why our body fat and belly fat burns fat and we became slim and physical strong because it increases our strength training.
