Pre and Post workout meal

I have seen many people asked that bodybuilding can only be done by hardwork and supplements but I am not quite satisfied with this message of some professionals. Hardwork is very important to reach at every goal of life.but supplements are not required much in bodybuilding
To maintain good physic the role of nutrition is 90% and 10 % is supplements which play the role of add on.
Many begginers asked this question very frequently that what should be our pre and post workout meal .I am telling you to what to take in pre and post workout meals
PRE WORKOUT MEAL
In pre workout you should take beetroot juice and 2 bananas which are fast source of carbohydrates.to make juice of beetroot add 500ml of water in juicer and add 250g of beetroot in it then add some ginger aloveera lemon salt and black pepper now your pre workout meal is ready strain it with strainer and drink it
You have to take banana after 20 mins of drinking this juice and you have to take this juice before 1 hour of workout
Before 15 minutes of workout drink a cup of black coffee which gives energy and helps to concentrate in gym.

POST WORKOUT MEAL
In post workout you should take 3-5 whole boiled eggs and some oats to recover your body. You can also take chappati and a bowl of vegetables and veggies are also can be added to your post workout meal.
