Is creatine dangerous
I have seen many people spreading myth that creatine is dangerous in this post I will tell you that what creatine actually is
So , basically creatine is supplement which produce ATP in our body and increase strength for short period of time
But the myth that creatine is harmful is wrong creatine is essential for bodybuilding but not compulsory there are some terms to use creatine which are that if you are taking creatine you have to drink 6 to 8 litres of water per day otherwise your body will undergoes into dehydration and cramps will be occur in your stomach so if you are taking creatine keep sure you are drinking enough water because if you drink less water it will effect your kidneys and liver
